Marco Tauleigne comes in for the injured Kevin Gourdon at eight.
Bordeaux's Lionel Beauxis comes in at fly-half for the injured Matthieu Jalibert. The last of the 32-year-old's 20 caps for France came in 2012.
Geoffrey Doumayrou comes in at inside-centre for Henry Chavancy.
Louis Picamoles takes a spot on the bench after being called up earlier this week. The Montpellier number eight was left out of the original Six Nations squad.
