Wales fullback Leigh Halfpenny has been ruled out of today's Six Nations clash with England at Twickenham with a foot infection.
Halfpenny missed Wales' captain's run yesterday. The 29-year-old is suffering with a foot infection and has not been able to recover in time for today's game.
Cardiff Blues fly-half Gareth Anscombe replaces Halfpenny while Ospreys centre Owen Watkin takes up Anscombe's place in the 23 jersey on the bench.
Halfpenny's absence will be a significant loss for Wales. The Scarlets fullback offers world class place kicking and supremacy in defence in the back field.
The addition of Anscombe takes the number of Scarlets in the Welsh backline down to five from six.
