Ahead of what will be his fourth season at Sixways, Springbok scrum-half Francois Hougaard opens up to Crashball Rugby's Ali Stokes about the "overplaying" that lead to an array of injuries that have limited the 30-year-old to an average of just seven Premiership games per-season in Worcester colours.

Hougaard also explains why the Warriors are measuring themselves against the best this season and why they couldn't be off to a better start.
